• Civil engineering services
• New park area for the Miracle League Baseball Games that opened in March 2015
• Included two baseball fields, a playground area, additional parking lot, and a covered multi-purpose area with restroom and kitchen facilities
• Civil design included relocation of an existing crushed granite jogging trail, expansion of the existing detention pond, storm sewer, detailed grading, and utility design for sanitary and water utilities 
• A left turn lane on Queenston Blvd. was required at the entrance driveway due to the increased traffic flow into and out of the new park area
• A fire apparatus cul-de-sac turnaround land was required in the parking lot to provide proper access for fire trucks
• In order to provide a functional surface for the kids, relatively flat concrete pavement and a special rubber surface was used to provide extra protection against injury while still being wheelchair and walker friendly
