• Civil and structural engineering
• Modifications and renovations to Thirty-Two Zero Six, the future home of Black Swan Yoga and Juiceland
• Civil design included existing concrete demolition, addition of grass pavers, new concrete in front of retail space, and a small curb to the rear of the building for urban detention required per the 2014 City of Houston IDM Code 
• Structural design included new parapet and RTU,a new awning for the front facade, and foundation and steel framing modifications for the removal of two interior load bearing walls
