• Civil and structural engineering services
• Addition/renovation of an adjacent warehouse to St. Mark’s Episcopal School
• New 9,600 SF space includes 4 new classrooms, an idea lab, offices, half-court gymnasium, and teacher workroom
• Civil design included new parking paving and sidewalks, as well as a new sanitary and water connections
• Structural design required replacement and enlargement of an existing roof beam to allow for removal of a column in the gymnasium and framing design for the basketball goal to securely hang from the steel roof joist
