Rice University Trash Compactor Area Repavement
Pavement and drainage design for main trash collection point. Drainage design included provisions for sanitary sewer inlets under the trash compactors to prevent contaminating storm water runoff.
Grease Monkey Site Development
Site design for a retail automotive center located within the City of Conroe's ETJ. Scope of work included pavement design, drainage design and site utility design, including coordinating annexation into the local municipal utility district (MUD).
Worstell Auction Company Traffic Signal
Design of driveway approach and traffic signal in preparation for the development of a 30 acre tract. Traffic signal and driveway were designed in accordance with TxDOT criteria in order to obtain a driveway permit.
Contemporary Glass, Inc. Site Development
Site design for a 30,000 square foot metal building on a 5.1 acre tract of land located in the City of Houston. Scope of work included pavement design, site utility design, drainage design and Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWQMP).
