Alison Henning, Ph. D.
President

Alison is a
geophysicist specializing in subsurface imaging. For over 12 years, she
has utilized seismic reflection data, refraction data, and ground
penetrating radar (GPR) to study the subsurface. Alison received BS and
MA degrees in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin
and a PhD in Earth Science from Rice University. In addition to her
work at H2B, Alison currently serves as a Lecturer at Rice University
where she teaches graduate courses in geology.
Ken Bryant, P.E.
Vice President

Ken is a civil
engineer specializing in transportation engineering. He has over 15
years experience designing rural roadways to complex highway
interchanges. Ken is a registered professional engineer in Texas and
Wyoming and received his BS degree in Civil Engineering from the
University of Wyoming. Ken is also registered in Texas as a
surveyor-in-training.
Tod Henning, P.E.
Vice President

Tod is a structural
and civil engineer with expertise in bridge design and forensic
engineering. He has over 12 years experience and is a registered
engineer in Texas and Louisiana. Tod received his BS degree in
Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his
MS degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) from the University of
Houston. In addition to his work at H2B, Tod is an engineer captain in
the Army Reserves.
David Hartness,
Technician
David is a senior CAD technician at H2B. He has over 6 years of
experience using both AutoCAD and Microstation. He specializes in
site development and roadway design. David is currently pursuing a
degree in Civil Engineering.
